How to Monitor an User Experience of the windows user for an application?



STEP 1 -  Download and install the Cloudmon agent installer from here .  And also,verify whether the installed agent has been auto-discovered in the ​
cloudmon  portal.​
STEP 2 – Refer the following Link to know how to add an application for which you wish to know the user experience of the user and ensure that the added application is reflected in DEM > Application.​
 STEP 3 – Refer the following Link  for detailed instructions on adding metrics(such as CPU usage,Memory Usage, Disk Usage etc..) for monitoring and setting polling intervals for the agents you wish to monitor. Note that once you have added the application in the monitoring profile, this monitoring profile has to be attached to the agent and ensure that this agent is now reflected in DEM> Agents.
STEP 4 - Adding a tag to an agent is not mandatory; however, if you wish to group agents or uniquely identify them based on groups, such as department, location, customer, asset type, etc., you can follow the instructions given in the following   Link
