How to add "tags" to an agent in cloudmon?

To add Tags, Navigate to Settings > Monitoring > Hosts/Agents. Locate the specific agent, click Edit under the Actions of the particular agent, and add the desired tags.

On the other hand, you can also add an 'Tags' by navigating to Agents>All agents. Click on the particular agent, then go to the Settings tab of that agent and assign Tags. 

These tags can be provided in either the key:value pair format or as a string.
