Why am I unable to monitor WMI device from cloudmon?

  1. Verify that you are trying to add the Windows device from a Cloudmon Windows probe.
  2. Confirm that the WMI credentials you provided are correct and that you can successfully connect to the device using the same credentials from any other Windows device.
  3. Ensure the Windows device you are trying to monitor is reachable from the Cloudmon Windows probe.
