What is an SNMP ? How to configure an SNMP Credentials in cloudmon?
SNMP, which stands for Simple Network Management Protocol, is a widely used internet standard protocol for managing and monitoring network devices that are connected via IP. These devices can include routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, servers, wireless devices, and CCTV cameras.
To add an SNMP Credential in Cloudmon, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Configurations.
- Choose Credentials > SNMP
- Click on the "+" icon to add a new SNMP Credential.
- Fill in the required fields such as Name, version , community string and other fields in the form.
- Save the configurations by clicking the save button.
By following these steps, you can successfully add an SNMP Credentials in Cloudmon.
