How to edit/delete an added Zoho desk configuration?
To edit/delete an already added configuration
- Navigate to Settings >General Settings > Integration.
- Click the tick mark icon next to the Department count in the Zoho desk widget.
- You'll now see the list of departments that have been added.
- Select Edit/Delete under the Action section for the specific Department you want to modify.
This feature is available only for Non-MSP Customers
