How to configure Outlook as SMTP server in cloudmon?

 Generate an App Password
 
Navigate to View account > Security Info >  Add sign in method > App Password and generate the App password in your outlook.
 
Configure your Email Client:
  1. Open cloudmon portal and navigate to the settings > Mail server configuration
  2. Enter the following SMTP server settings and save the configuration.
             Host: smtp-mail.outlook.com
             Port: 587
            From: Your full Outlook email address
            Auth : Enable Authentication.
            Email: Your full Outlook email address
            Password: app password you generated earlier

Test the Configuration:

Test the configuration by sending a test email from your email client. Make sure the email is successfully sent without any errors.
