How do I identify the agents affected by issues?

To find agents impacted by issues, click on an application in Applications > DEM, and you'll see a card labeled Current User Experience Across Network. This card provides information about device, Wi-Fi/Ethernet, LAN, Internet and application issues. It also specifies how many devices have been affected. By clicking on a specific icon within this widget, you can filter the devices that are experiencing those particular issues, helping you identify the impacted agents.
