Can we integrate our ticketing tool with Cloudmon to receive a notification when an alarm is triggered?

Yes, we can integrate our ticketing tool with Cloudmon. By default, Zoho Desk is integrated with Cloudmon. However, if you need to integrate a different ticketing tool, you can use the "Custom hook" option. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to settings > General Settings > Notification.
  2. Click the "+" on the top right corner.
  3. Choose "Service" as Zoho Desk if your ticketing tool is Zoho Desk. If you have a different ticketing tool, select "Service" as Custom hook.
  4. Provide the URL and save it for your ticketing tool integration.
