 Yes, you can view older data for an application. Simply click on the application and select an agent that is associated with the application. Within the card labeled "Current user experience across network," you'll find icons representing device, network connectivity, LAN, server, and application. 
These fields include a time frame selector that allows you to view historical data for the selected category, spanning up to last month.
